As a businessman and restaurant owner for nearly three decades, one of the first lessons I learned in the real world is to always be a man of your word.

Honesty is indeed the best policy.

I promised our loyal fans we would be sympathetic to the struggles of those dealing with our nation’s slumping economy and give ticket-buyers more bang for their buck.  

On July 17th at the Twin River Event Center, Classic Entertainment & Sports is ready to deliver on that promise with our best deal of the summer.

With sports’ fans placing even more emphasis than ever on getting the most value for their entertainment dollars, we’ve slashed ticket prices for our upcoming “Braggin’ Rights” show.

All $150 tickets in the Platinum Club have been reduced to $100, which includes $25 of redeemable free-play at Twin River. Tickets for the first two rows outside of the Platinum Club have dropped from $100 to $65 with $10 free-play.

Also, our floor seats behind the first two rows are now $35 and our bleacher seats are more affordable than ever, starting at $25 with additional seating at $35.

While our ticket prices have dropped, the quality of our shows has not. In fact, “Braggin’ Rights” stands to be our most entertaining event of the summer.

With a special co-main event, this pro-am show will feature “The Contender” Season 4 stars Tim “The Hammer” Flamos and Richard Gingras squaring off in a battle for reality TV supremacy. The second half of our exciting co-main event will pit Sean Eklund against Eddie “The Puerto Rican Sensation” Soto in a rematch for Soto’s EBA New England Lightweight title. These two battled to an epic finish in February with Soto winning the belt by split decision.

“Braggin’ Rights” will also welcome a new star to the CES family as former University of Rhode Island football standout Vladine Biosse of Providence fights for the first time in front of his hometown fans, along with up-and-comer Anthony Marsella of Smithfield highlighting the amateur portion of our card.

Last but not least, local favorites Diego Pereira of Pawtucket and Providence’s Jay Holland will put their undefeated records on the line in separate 4-round bouts.
